NC Small Business Center Network (SBCN) support start-ups, existing businesses and the system’s Business Support Services and Customized Training Program

 

NC Small Business and Technology Development Center (SBTDC) is a university system program that helps business owners improve their small and mid-sized businesses through offices at all 16 university campuses.

NC Rural Economic Development Center, Inc – www.ncruralcenter.org
The mission of the Rural Center is to develop, promote and implement sound economic strategies to improve the quality of life of rural North Carolinians.  The Rural Center works with statewide partners to develop a joint vision for the long range future of rural North Carolina and to shape and advocate for policies to achieve that future.
The Rural Center works in 85 counties that make up rural North Carolina.  The Rural Center maintains the Rural Data Bank with the goals of providing leaders and concerned citizens statistical information.  A Rural Resource Guide helps locate information on organization that provide vital services to North Carolina's rural communities.
