Forest City Master Plan

Florence Mill Plaza Concept

The Town of Forest City has undergone an extensive Master Planning process to renovate the former Cone Mills Florence Mill campus.  This project sits directly in the heart of historic downtown Forest City and has received multiple grants including a $1,000,000 Community Development Block Grant.
