Reeves divests textile and apparel assets.  Reconfigures and invests in engineered coated fabrics technology.

Weaving facility receives ISO9001 and QS9000 quality certifications
1999
Coating facility achieves ISO9001 and QS9000 certifications for automotive restraint products
2002
Acquires Fairprene, Inc. calendered product line, a division of Longwood Industries
2004
Establishes Shanghai Reeves New Printing Consumables Co. Ltd. in China

Acquires Lloyd Manufacturing Corporation, expanding capabilities in thin-gauge and unsupported sheeting
2005
Commissions state-of-the-art four-roll calendar, increasing capabilities in specialty market applications
2006
Reeves is acquired by the Trelleborg Group through its Engineered Systems business area. 
2008
Trelleborg and Reeves form new Coated Fabrics business unit, extending global reach throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.
2009
Reeves Brothers Inc. officially changes US operations name to Trelleborg Coated Systems US, Inc.
